I have not used all my vouchers this month; will I be able to use them next month? Pending vouchers cannot be carried forward to the next month.

What happens if I change my RAKBANK Value Collection during the course of the month i.e. before the due date of my monthly subscription? If you change your RAKBANK Value Collection during the course of the month, your vouchers entitlement will be updated immediately. In case you have already redeemed vouchers this month from your previous RAKBANK Value Collection, you can still redeem vouchers from the available offers on the website.

What happens to the pending vouchers if I change my RAKBANK Value Collection during the course of the month i.e. before the due date of my monthly subscription?
If you change your RAKBANK Value Collection during the course of the month, your voucher entitlement will be updated immediately. Any pending voucher from your previous Collection will not be carried forward into the new entitlement.

When will I see new vouchers on RAKBANKdeals.ae? You will see new vouchers on the 1st of every month.

When will RAKBANKdeals.ae reset my voucher entitlement? Your voucher entitlement will be reset on the 1st of every month.

I am unable to access the RAKBANK Value Collection section?  Please ensure your monthly subscription to your RAKABANK Value Collection is active. If you’re Monthly subscription is active and you are not able to log in please write to our Support ID - reachus@rakbankdeals.ae.

Can I get free deals from Today’s deal section?   Sorry, you will only receive free offers from the RAKBANK Value Collection section. 

How can I view my deals on my smartphone?  You can browse the same on www.rakbankdeals.ae/rvc.   

How do I use the RAKBANK Value Collection Voucher? You will receive an email with your deal voucher and necessary details. The voucher needs to be printed and presented at the respective outlet. Your voucher will have detailed information on how to exchange the voucher for the offer. Typically it is just exchanged on arrival.

I never got an email after confirming my selection of vouchers. If you do not receive the email, kindly write to us on marketing@rakbank.ae.

If I don’t use the full value of the voucher in one visit, do I get a credit for the balance? No. Kindly check the terms and conditions of your voucher.

Can I redeem the same offer more than once during the course of the month?  No. You cannot redeem the same offer more than once during the course of the month.

How will I be informed of the free offers for the month? You will receive a monthly emailer on your registered email id with details of all the free offers for the month.
